Co-founder & Lead Product Designer

Canonic is a VC backed low-code platform for building full-stack apps. Used by over 10K+ users who have deployed 8K+ apps. I was responsible for leading design at Canonic. Led a team of designers across product and marketing to create iterative impact.

Created a modular & highly configurable design system from scratch that enabled users to build highly usable yet customizable apps faster.
Redesigned the information architecture of the platform backed by analytical data and user interviews. This lead to a 2x improvement in user retention.
Improved the platform onboarding experience using dynamic A/B tests and user interviews. 210% increase in onboarding completions. 30% increase in retention.
Iterated and improved the platform's core features like data modeling, testing, API integrations, app deployment, and help. Resulting in dramatic decrease in support requests, and increase in retention.
Designed the subscription billing and checkout experience. Focused on driving users to signup for a trial. 120 trial signups in the first week of launch.
Iterated & redesigned the marketing website multiple times to increase the conversion rate from ~5% to ~20%. Increased demo requests threefold.

Jio Haptik

Senior Product Designer

Haptik is a prominent conversational AI platform acquired by Reliance Jio in 2019. It empowers 50+ businesses with advanced chatbots and virtual assistants enabling millions of users with enhanced support across various channels.

Redesigned the chat interface using analytical data, and feedback from user interviews. The goal was to improve user engagement, and enhance the overall user experience. This lead to a 20% increase in user engagement (first message sent).
Designed and iterated on various features for Haptik’s bot builder, agent chat, and the chat interface. Worked with various stakeholders across multiple departments to gather requirements and design features.
Grew the design team from 2 to 5. Assisted in hiring & onboarding.
Led a proof of concept (POC) To automate IVR processes for Jio, focusing on multilingual support and workflow optimisation of their most popular query.

Paytm

Product Designer

Weaver is a cloud based point-of-sale that is used to help offline merchants with invoicing, inventory, and customer relationships. Acquired by Paytm in 2020.

Spearheaded the integration of Weavedin (acquired product) into Paytm business ecosystem, focusing on initial user onboarding and in-app navigation.
Developed features for Paytm’s business app to streamline offline and online transactions improving metrics across the funnel.

Goodwork Labs

Led the UI overhaul for the Mercedes AMG app to enhance user experience & engagement. Lead to a 24% increase in user engagement, and a dramatic increase in returning users.
Developed a predictive analytics dashboard for Michelin Tyres at Blue Yonder, along with a dark theme design system. Improved data visualization and user experience.
